Who is FoodByUs for?

FoodByUs is for any food service venue, including restaurants, cafes, caterers & more. If you do any wholesale food ordering, we have you covered with all of your suppliers across 16 different categories.

Do I need to download an app to use FoodByUs?

FoodByUs has both an app and a web-based platform. Download our app to get the best ordering experience with us. Simply Sign up to get started.

How do I join FoodByUs?

Sign up for free and get 90 days access to all our premium features. After 90 days, you'll still be able to order from all your suppliers on our platform but will be limited to our Free Plan.

Why do you need my email address?

We need your email to set up your FoodByUs account. Communications about your orders, specials & updates will also be sent to this email. You can change these settings and update your details within your buyer dashboard after your sign-up process has been completed.
